Tracy Lawrence To Make His Ryman Auditorium Headlining Debut
Wait! You mean to tell us that Tracy Lawrence has never headlined the mother church?
Not only is the Ryman Auditorium the old home of the iconic Grand Ole Opry but it a must visit venue. Shows there are just plain magic!
The famous brick building in the heart of Lower Broadway in Nashville, first hosted the Opry back in 1942. Since then legends of country music from Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline and even Elvis! Needless to say it is a backlist venue for artists of any genre.
For nearly three decades Tracy has been touring all over the country selling out county fairs to big arenas. But never the humble stage of the Ryman! Well mark your calendars, because on May 4th 2024, we finally get to hear Paint Me a Birmingham from the pews of the most sacred place in our genre.
"I can't tell you how many shows I've seen at The Ryman," Tracy said on social media. "There's nothing like it in the world. I'm so excited to announce that i'll be playing my first headlining show at the Mother Church of Country Music on May 4, 2024!!"
