Kelsea Ballerini is kicking off 2025 with a major gift for fans—an expanded, deluxe edition of her acclaimed album PATTERNS, set for release on March 7 via Black River Entertainment. This new edition, now available for pre-save and pre-order, adds five brand-new tracks to the already dynamic collection, offering deeper emotional resonance and fresh sonic textures.

The announcement came hot on the heels of Ballerini’s live debut of one of the new songs, "Future Tripping", during a February 26 show in Fort Worth, Texas. The track is a sleek, hook-filled meditation on overthinking the unknown, as she sings, “I don’t want to impose / Some things we’re not supposed to know yet / But my head won’t stop.” With its crisp guitar licks and bright, programmed drums, the song blends introspective lyricism with the kind of polished production that has become a Ballerini trademark.

More Stories, More Emotion

Beyond Future Tripping, the PATTERNS (DELUXE) tracklist features four additional songs that showcase different shades of Ballerini’s artistry. "To The Men That Love Women After Heartbreak", originally a digital bonus track, makes its way onto the physical album, delivering a stripped-back, fingerpicked ballad that speaks to resilience and the power of second chances.

Meanwhile, "Put It To Bed" offers punchy, atmospheric energy, "Cut Me Up" leans into soulful and sonically shifting production, and "Hindsight Is Happiness" brings earnest, acoustic warmth that feels like a reflective exhale. These tracks seamlessly blend with the existing album’s mix of vulnerability, empowerment, and storytelling, reinforcing Ballerini’s gift for crafting deeply personal yet universally relatable music.

A Tracklist Worth the Wait

With PATTERNS (DELUXE), Ballerini delivers a 20-track journey through heartache, self-discovery, and healing. From standout collaborations like "Cowboys Cry Too" featuring Noah Kahan to raw, confessional cuts like "This Time Last Year", the album cements her place as one of country music’s most compelling storytellers.
