Carly Pearce Celebrates Her Fourth #1 Single With “What He Didn’t Do”

It's been a huge week for country music's reigning queen Carly Pearce. Just after announcing her landmark 100th Opry show and releasing the live album of her career-defining 29: Written In Stone, she celebrates her fourth #1 single with "What He Didn't Do"!!

This anthem is the final single off of Carly's 29: Written In Stone album cycle. Its powerful lyrics and music video explain why she decided to leave her now ex-husband. She knew it was special from day one. In fact, after leaving the session where she wrote it, she shared the lyrics with her mom, who 100% agreed. Its live debut was at Nashville's iconic Listening Room, a venue sentimental to her as it marks where her musical journey started in a sense. We've all cherished the track from the moment we first heard it. Countless women have shared stories online of how "What He Didn't Do" has helped them get out of their own toxic relationships, and recognize their self-worth.

We can't think of a song more meaningful and more deserving of the #1 spot. The true purpose of country music is to resonate with listeners, for someone to hopefully see themselves in the lyrics. All of Carly's music does that in such an unmatched way. She's inspired many to turn their pain into purpose just like she has. She makes her fans feel less alone in their experiences, assuring that it will be okay in the end.

Her band and crew, her boyfriend Riley, her pups Johnny and June, her fans, and of course red wine are helping her celebrate this milestone. She is the first woman in 80 weeks to top the country radio charts with a solo track!

We're so lucky to have an artist and a role model like her, and we love watching her close out her 29 era with such a huge accomplishment. We're so proud of our superstar, and can't wait to see what's in store for her. WE LOVE YOU CARLY!!
